According to the plan, in celebration of the 14th National Party Congress and National Resistance Day, large-scale and significant projects across the country will be inaugurated, launched, or opened to traffic on December 19, 2025. In Dong Nai province, based on a proposal from the Department of Construction, the province will simultaneously hold inauguration, groundbreaking, and technical opening ceremonies for 22 projects. Of these, 2 will be inaugurated, 17 will break ground, and 3 will be technically opened to traffic.

At the working session, the representative of the Department of Construction presented two options for disseminating information and promoting the groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical opening ceremonies of the projects. The department proposed selecting option 2, which involves conducting live broadcasts at four projects to report to the Ministry of Construction for consolidation and inclusion in the overall plan.

Speaking at the working session, Provincial Party Committee member and Editor-in-Chief of DNNRTV Nguyen Thi Minh Nham stated that DNNRTV has sufficient human resources, equipment, and conditions to carry out information dissemination and promotion for the inauguration, groundbreaking, and technical traffic opening ceremonies of the projects in the province.

Therefore, DNNRTV proposed conducting a live broadcast program covering all projects scheduled for inauguration, groundbreaking, and technical opening on December 19. This endeavor aims to convey the dynamic atmosphere and the “health” of Dong Nai’s economy. To ensure effective information dissemination, DNNRTV also suggested that the provincial People’s Committee assign a focal unit to provide information and images of the projects, enabling the best possible preparation for publicity and communication activities.

This effort will create a ripple effect, fostering a competitive spirit in the disbursement of public investment capital and helping achieve the province’s double-digit GRDP growth target for 2025. At the same time, it demonstrates Dong Nai province’s determination to effectively implement the Prime Minister’s directives on project completion progress, as well as the spirit of emulation, action, and execution of the resolutions of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Dong Nai for the 2025-2030 term.

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee Ho Van Ha assigned the Department of Construction to review and coordinate with investors to update the list of projects eligible for inauguration, groundbreaking, or technical traffic opening ceremonies in the province. The department must report to the provincial People's Committee by November 21, 2025, for registration with the Ministry of Construction, ensuring that no project is overlooked. The selected projects must be exemplary in key sectors where Dong Nai province is accelerating development, such as tourism, industrial park development, transport infrastructure, urban planning, resettlement, and social housing.
