Accordingly, Masterise Group will be responsible for self-financing the research and preparation of the investment proposal for the project, without using funds from the city budget. The company has a 12-month deadline from the date the official notice is issued to complete and submit the proposal to the competent authority. In case the proposal is not completed within this period or the relevant authority does not approve the project, Masterise Group will be considered to have withdrawn from the project and must bear all costs incurred up to that point.

Masterise Group’s role in preparing the investment proposal does not guarantee it will be chosen as the project investor. The investor will be selected in line with applicable laws and regulations.

Masterise Group has proposed the 6.3-kilometer Phu My 2 Bridge, which starts at Nguyen Huu Tho Street in Ho Chi Minh City and ends at the inter-port road in Dong Nai Province. The bridge will feature eight lanes and is preliminarily estimated to cost over VND 12.9 trillion.

The Phu My 2 Bridge project, a key transport link between Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai Province, has been endorsed by both local governments as a necessary investment. In October 2025, the Dong Nai People’s Committee issued an official letter, jointly confirming with Ho Chi Minh City that the city would act as the competent authority to implement this project.
