Dong Nai Department of Construction has just announced the selling price of the social housing units under the residential area project in Long Thanh commune.
According to the announcement, the average selling price across the four blocks is over VND 21.6 million per square meter. The highest price is in Block E at nearly VND 21.7 million per square meter, while the lowest is in Block F at over VND 20.9 million per square meter. The selling price includes value-added tax but excludes maintenance fees, management fees, and apartment operating costs.

The social housing component of the planned residential area project in Long Thanh commune is invested in and developed by Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company. The project spans over 2.5 hectares and comprises four 7-storey apartment blocks, offering a total of 628 units. This apartment project is the first social housing project to be implemented in Long Thanh commune, as well as in the surrounding area near Long Thanh Airport. It is intended to meet the housing needs of workers, officials, public employees, residents, and households whose land was acquired for the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway project but who do not qualify for resettlement.

Under the plan, two blocks, with more than 300 units, are expected to be topped out in December, and the remaining two blocks are anticipated to be topped out in the first quarter of 2026.
The investor is currently receiving applications for home purchases until December 15, 2025.
