First social housing project in Long Thanh accepting applications until December 15

According to Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company, the developer of the social housing apartment project in Long Thanh commune (also known as iD Town), applications for purchasing apartments will be accepted until December 15, 2025. This project is the first social housing project in Long Thanh commune.

The project spans over 2.5 hectares and comprises four 7-story apartment blocks, featuring a total of 628 units, with sizes ranging from 48 to 77 square meters. Located within a commercial housing development, the social housing area benefits from full access to shared infrastructure and amenities, including community spaces, parking areas, green parks, and transportation infrastructure.

In terms of progress, two out of the four blocks, totaling more than 300 apartments, are expected to be topped out in December, and the roofing of the remaining two blocks is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

In the first sales phase, the developer is accepting applications to purchase 314 apartments, with a provisional price of approximately 23 million VND per square meter (including VAT). Interested buyers can submit their applications directly at the company’s on-site office within the project premises.

The completion of this social housing project holds significant meaning in addressing the housing needs of residents and workers, contributing to shaping the urban landscape surrounding Long Thanh Airport and helping Dong Nai Province achieve its social housing development targets for the 2025–2030 period.
