Among the 10 newly resolved projects with no remaining obstacles related to compensation and site clearance, one is invested in by Project Management Unit Area 2; four by Project Management Unit Area 3; one by Project Management Unit Area 4; one by Project Management Unit Area 11; and three by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center. Earlier, in October 2025, another 10 public investment projects in the province also had their compensation and site clearance issues resolved.
According to the Department of Finance, alongside the projects that have had compensation and site clearance issues resolved, several other public investment projects in the province have also made progress in mobilizing public consensus. They are currently conducting compensation and site clearance procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations. However, there are still 150 projects in the province facing unresolved difficulties and obstacles in compensation and site clearance, with sites yet to be fully handed over for implementation.
Among the 150 projects still facing difficulties in compensation and site clearance, 49 have yet to secure public consensus; two projects are entangled in issues related to Dong Nai Rubber Corporation (specifically, the projects on constructing residential infrastructure for Resettlement Area B1 and for Resettlement Area Phase 2 in Dau Giay Commune, Dong Nai Province); and one project involves defense land.
For the remaining projects, commune-level People’s Committees are in the process of determining land prices, approving compensation plans, and addressing other issues related to land origin.
