In December, five major land plots are scheduled for auction under the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, with a combined starting price of more than VND 14.8 trillion. Meanwhile, efforts continue to put two additional plots up for auction, with a total value of approximately VND 900 billion.

If successful, the land plots auctioned in the final two months of the year are expected to generate at least 25.2 trillion VND. Including the three land plots successfully auctioned earlier, the total revenue from land auctions in 2025 is expected to reach nearly 32 trillion VND, exceeding the target set by the Provincial Party Committee by more than 50%.

In 2025, the Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial People's Committee the task of striving to collect 21 trillion VND from land auctions. Following a series of decisive directives from the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, along with coordinated efforts by departments and agencies to remove barriers and create favorable conditions to attract investors, three land plots have been successfully auctioned, and several others are expected to be offered soon.

Land auctions are one of the key tasks to ensure a budget revenue target of 100 trillion VND and to promote the development of urban and industrial infrastructure across the province, aiming to realize the double-digit economic growth target for this year and the years to come.
