The Ecotourism, Resort and Entertainment Project under the Tan Phu Protection Forest Management Board for the 2021–2030 period was approved by the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee in 2023 as part of the 2021–2030 Ecotourism, Resort and Entertainment Development Scheme. The Tan Phu Protection Forest Management Board has signed forest environment lease agreements with 10 tourism sites in Dinh Quan commune, covering an area of over 417 hectares. Currently, the forest management units and the lessees are carrying out subsequent procedures related to planning adjustments and supplements, as well as site clearance support and household relocation.
For the Da Chong National Scenic Site, the planning for conservation and promotion of the site’s values is being developed as a basis for inviting investors to participate in tourism development in accordance with legal regulations. The Dinh Quan commune People’s Committee is currently adjusting the land-use plan and the conservation plan for the Da Chong Scenic Site, with the goal of putting the project into operation in the near future.
