On the morning of October 16, 134 taxpayers, representing 95 companies and 39 business households participated in a direct dialogue organized by the Tax Office 8 of Dong Nai province.

At the conference, taxpayers were informed by officials and civil servants of the Tax Office 8 of Dong Nai province about many new tax policies effective in 2025. Specifically: Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025, of the Politburo on private economic development; Resolution No. 198/2025/QH15 dated May 17, 2025, on some special mechanisms and policies for private economic development; Decree No. 230/2025/ND-CP stipulating cases eligible for exemption or reduction of land use fees and land rent as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 157 of the Land Law; Decree No. 174/2025/ND-CP stipulating the policy of value-added tax (VAT) reduction according to Resolution No. 204/2025/QH15 dated June 17, 2025, of the National Assembly (2% VAT reduction from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026). Law No. 67/2025/QH15 dated June 14, 2025, on Corporate Income Tax (effective from October 1, 2025). Law No. 48/2024/Q15 dated November 26, 2024, on VAT Law (effective from July 1, 2025). The conference spent much time engaging in dialogue, answering questions, and resolving difficulties and problems related to tax declaration, tax payment, tax finalization, tax inspection, etc., faced by the taxpayers. Issues of concern and requests for support from the taxpayers were guided and answered in detail by leaders and civil servants of Tax Office 8 of Dong Nai province right at the conference. The taxpayers were very satisfied and wished that this activity would be maintained and promoted further in the coming time.
