Successful auction of the first "golden" land plot in Dong Nai

On the morning of September 30, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, in coordination with the Provincial Auction Service Center, held an auction for land use rights to plot 197, map sheet No. 95, Tam Hiep ward, Dong Nai Province.

The land plot covers an area of 487 square meters and is designated for urban residential use. It is located at the intersection of Nguyen Ai Quoc Street and Le A Street.

At the auction, the winning bidder was the customer who offered the highest price, with a final bid of nearly 34.5 billion VND.

According to Le Thanh Dien, Deputy Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, this is the first land plot to be successfully auctioned in 2025, and also the first since 2021.

As planned, from now until the end of 2025, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will auction 42 land plots, including several large-scale residential projects, with expected revenue of approximately 20 trillion VND. This undertaking is expected to make a significant contribution to achieving Dong Nai Province’s 2025 budget revenue target.
