Priority Area 1 in the Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has reached 73% cleared land

On October 13, according to Chu Tien Dung, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center, 73% of the land in Priority Area 1 of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has been cleared.

Priority Area 1 spans a total area of 50.5 hectares, designated for urban, commercial, and service development. To date, 93% of the area has been pledged for land handover, with 37 hectares, equivalent to 73% of the entire zone, already fully cleared.

According to the Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center, in October 2025, five companies, namely Tan Mai Group JSC, Chuong Duong Corp., Southern Rubber Industry JSC (Casumina), Mien Dong Joint Stock Company (MDC), and Texma Vina Wash Co. Ltd., will continue to hand over land. At that point, the total cleared area will reach 43 hectares, equivalent to 85% of the total area.

For most of the remaining area, businesses have committed to completing relocation in November and December. However, two entities, Vinh Phu Transportation Development Investment Joint Stock Company and the Quality Assurance and Testing Center 3 (QUATEST 3), have not committed to a relocation timeline and have shown no signs of dismantling existing structures on the land.
