Specifically, the projects that have resolved issues related to compensation and site clearance include: Component 1 of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project Phase 1; Song Nhan - Dau Giay Road; upgrading, widening, and building technical infrastructure for Moi Nuoc Street in Phuoc Long Ward; construction of Road N3 Phase 1 and Road No.10 within the Vinh Cuu District Cultural - Information - Sports Center; the 1/500 detailed planning of the surrounding land area project; the 770B Road Construction Project in former Suoi Nho Commune (now Xuan Bac Commune); Route 2 (planned as Connection Route No.3), starting from Provincial Road 741 and ending at the Dong Phu - Binh Duong Road; upgrading the road from Xa Cat T-junction to the Viet Kieu Industrial Park; the main road from Tan Khai Commune to Tan Quan Commune; and building roads from Tan Khai commune connecting with roads to Tan Quan, Tan Khai and Minh Duc communes.

Additionally, several other projects have also made progress in fostering public consensus and are following the required procedures for compensation and site clearance.

However, according to the provincial Department of Finance, there are still 164 projects across Dong Nai facing difficulties and obstacles in compensation and site clearance, with 100% of the land area yet to be handed over for construction. Therefore, the Department of Finance has proposed that relevant departments, agencies, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, and its branches coordinate closely with localities to promptly address issues related to compensation and site clearance.
