According to the Department of Construction, the Provincial Investment and My Thuan Project Management Unit reported that at the connecting road section of the three overpass intersections between Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City and provincial roads 25B, 769, and Ly Tu Trong, the road surface has many damages, causing difficulties for vehicle circulation and posing potential risks to traffic safety.

Therefore, the Department of Construction requested the My Thuan Project Management Unit to urgently carry out tasks to ensure traffic safety as well as the construction work of Component Project 3.

Specifically, regarding the traffic organization plan for Component Project 1A, in the section passing through Dong Nai Province, the Department of Construction requested the My Thuan Project Management Unit to complete the paving and asphalt surfacing at the junctions connecting to the service roads to ensure traffic safety in the area. The board must also take full legal responsibility in the event of traffic accidents caused by delays in completing these items. The Department of Construction further requested the My Thuan Project Management Unit to report the handling results to the department before October 5, 2025.

Concurrently, the My Thuan Project Management Unit directed the contractor of Component Project 1A to urgently construct and complete the remaining box culvert, transverse culvert, and maintenance hole transition slabs (2 among 8 locations) at chainages Km9+000 and Km9+120.

The Department of Construction also requested the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board to proactively coordinate and work with the My Thuan Project Management Unit to urge and accelerate the construction progress, and thoroughly resolve the existing issues mentioned above.

Component Project 1A, spanning over 8km, is being implemented in both Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai province. The project officially entered operation on August 20, 2025. Meanwhile, for Component Project 3, according to the plan, technical traffic clearance is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, with full construction and synchronized operation scheduled for 2026.
