The People’s Committee of Dong Nai province has issued Plan No. 138/KH-UBND regarding the organization of the Vietnam-Japan business networking conference 2025.

The conference aims to create opportunities for trade and business networking between Vietnamese and Japanese companies seeking partnerships in outsourcing and manufacturing products. It also intends to improve the effectiveness of trade relations between Vietnam and Japan, support companies in increasing revenue, reducing costs, expanding production and business activities, and expanding their product consumption markets.
The event is scheduled for November 2025 and will be held in the form of direct business-to-business networking. Participants will include Vietnamese enterprises with suitable capabilities and an interest in connecting with Japanese partners, numbering around 30–50 businesses, with priority given to those based in Dong Nai. Additionally, about 40–80 Japanese enterprises that have already invested in Vietnam (or are planning to invest in Vietnam) are also expected to participate in the event. Additionally, the conference will be attended by provincial leaders and representatives from relevant departments, sectors, and universities; business associations and federations; trade promotion organizations; the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Ho Chi Minh City; as well as media agencies from both within and outside the province.
