"Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day" (October 13) was officially recognized by the Prime Minister in 2004. Over the past two decades, the Vietnamese business community has grown steadily, emerging as a core force in driving economic development. It has contributed over 60% of the national GDP, created jobs for 85% of the workforce, and raised the profile of Vietnamese brands on the global stage. Notably, the private sector and the rising generation of young entrepreneurs have increasingly affirmed their position, playing a leading role in modernization, green transition, and deeper integration into the global economy.

Provincial leaders affirmed that Dong Nai views enterprises as the center and driving force of development, where the success of businesses is also the success of the province. Dong Nai has been actively advancing the motto “the government accompanies enterprises” by consistently improving the investment environment, enhancing competitiveness, and accelerating digital transformation in governance and public services.
Dong Nai and its enterprises are now embracing new opportunities as the province advances strategic infrastructure projects, including Long Thanh International Airport, expressway networks, new industrial parks, and modern urban areas. These projects present a “golden opportunity” for businesses to invest, expand production, foster partnerships, innovate technologies, increase productivity, and move toward green and sustainable growth.
