According to a report from the DoF, in the first nine months of 2025, the Provincial Steering Committee advised the PPC to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee a plan to implement the Politburo’s Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on promoting private economic development in the province, supporting the reorganization and strengthening of the PSC’s structure.

In supporting enterprises, the PSC has implemented various measures related to credit policies, investment attraction, business registration, and organizing meetings and dialogues with businesses. It has also promoted administrative reform while resolving difficulties and obstacles faced by enterprises’ projects across the province, contributing to local economic growth over the past nine months.

To fulfill its tasks in the remaining months of 2025, the PSC has set specific objectives and solutions, focusing on effective business support during operations. These include continuing to implement Resolution 68 of the Politburo, promptly issuing and executing plans to cut and simplify regulations related to business activities, and developing support measures for small and medium-sized enterprises in the province.

The PSC also aims to accelerate digital transformation in enterprise management and operations, build information technology systems for data collection and periodic reporting, and apply modern scientific and technological methods to administrative procedures, rather than traditional approaches.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Kim Long requested the PSC to soon consolidate its personnel and organizational structure, clearly defining the composition of departments and agencies involved to assign specific responsibilities to each member. He emphasized that the PSC’s members must attend meetings regularly and that a working group should be established to gather feedback and propose solutions for the PSC’s activities.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Kim Long affirmed that the primary objective of the PSC is to enhance the investment environment, thereby attracting more investment into Dong Nai, in line with Politburo Resolution 68 on private economic development and the Resolution of the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term. He emphasized that developing the private economy is a key priority in the province’s overall economic development strategy. At present, the role of the private sector has been elevated alongside other components of the economy, including the domestic, collective, and foreign-invested sectors.

Dong Nai is a province that harmonizes multiple economic sectors. The task of the PSC is to maximize its role in facilitating and supporting enterprise development. This endeavor involves proposing investment support measures, attracting new investment, and promoting the growth of enterprises, particularly those transitioning from household businesses, to ensure that even the smallest economic units operate effectively.

The province will provide maximum support for business development and is always ready to resolve difficulties and obstacles reported by enterprises. In return, businesses must commit to operating within the legal framework and developing effective production and business strategies that bring the highest economic value to the province.

Representatives of enterprises will continue to act as a strong link for the PSC in understanding the challenges, concerns, and aspirations of the business community while proposing policy recommendations for the provincial leadership to address appropriately.

Enterprises are also encouraged to assess their own contributions to local economic development and ensure that their recommendations and feedback are reasonable and in line with regulations.
