Earlier, on September 20, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward issued a decision to reclaim more than 177,147 square meters of land in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, leased by Sonadezi Corporation to Tan Mai Group, as part of the redevelopment project to convert the industrial park into an urban, commercial, and service area, while also improving the environment.
According to the decision of the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward, the reclaimed land spans three plots: plot No. 74, map sheet No. 52; plot No. 7, map sheet No. 46; and plot No. 44, map sheet No. 46. On plot No. 7, map sheet No. 46, two permanent buildings, each consisting of one ground floor and five upper floors, were constructed several decades ago and are now in a state of disrepair. Demolition of the buildings is expected to be completed within one month, after which the site will be handed over to Dong Nai province for implementation of the project to redevelop Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban, commercial, and service area, while also improving the surrounding environment.
