Accordingly, Long Duc 3 IP covers more than 244 hectares, with an estimated infrastructure investment of VND 1.6 trillion. Bau Can - Tan Hiep IP (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan IP (phase 1) each cover 1,000 hectares, both located adjacent to Long Thanh International Airport. Each of these two IPs has an estimated infrastructure investment of about 9 trillion VND. These are major IP projects of the province, serving the goal of meeting land lease demand from investors in Dong Nai.

At the meeting, representatives of the three industrial park investors outlined difficulties and obstacles faced during project implementation. They called on the province to direct relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to speed up compensation and site clearance, allowing investors to move forward with groundbreaking.
For the Long Duc 3 IP, investors requested approval to implement the Vu Hong Pho Road project in accordance with the approved design. For the Bau Can - Tan Hiep IP, investors sought approval to construct the Phuoc Binh - Bau Can - Cam Duong Road. For the Xuan Que - Song Nhan IP, it is necessary to promptly build Provincial Road 770B to connect to the IP. In addition, there are related issues concerning external drainage infrastructure, as well as power supply systems to serve the IPs once in operation.

Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vo Tan Duc affirmed, “These are important IPs that need to be implemented quickly. The provincial leadership has held many meetings to provide guidance, yet the progress of tasks carried out by departments, sectors, and localities remains slow.”
The provincial leadership requested the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee to review and urge units that have not complied with instructions to implement them strictly. In particular, tasks related to land compensation and clearance for the IPs must be proactively carried out to hand over land to investors.
At the same time, issues such as off-boundary drainage systems and power substations supplying electricity to the industrial parks must also be implemented in a synchronized manner. Breaking ground on these industrial park projects by the end of the year is seen as essential to meeting the land lease demand from investors looking to Dong Nai.
