During the working session, Vice Chairman Ho Van Ha held direct discussions with representatives from Tien Triet Co., Ltd., Viet Thai Electric Cable Joint Stock Company, Vicasa – VNSTEEL Steel Joint Stock Company, and Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company. These businesses are located in the priority land clearance zone designated for the development of the Provincial Political–Administrative Center and land-use rights auctions.
The enterprises reported on the progress of dismantling works, asset relocation, and site handover preparations. Some raised concerns about compensation and support policies, highlighted difficulties in completing necessary procedures, particularly environmental requirements at their new production sites, and proposed an extension of the relocation timeline.

Representatives of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and related agencies provided detailed explanations on compensation plans for each enterprise and addressed their outstanding questions. Tax authorities also clarified compensation and support policies concerning fully depreciated but still usable assets, helping businesses better understand the applicable regulations.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Ho Van Ha stressed that the policy of converting Bien Hoa 1 IP had been issued long ago, with multiple preparatory steps already completed. In recent years, the province has created favorable conditions for enterprises to maintain production and operations. However, he emphasized that the current phase requires land recovery to implement strategic projects serving socioeconomic development and environmental improvement.
To date, 100% of households and the majority of enterprises in the priority zone have handed over their premises to the authorities. Only a small number of enterprises remain behind schedule, despite repeated invitations from provincial leaders for dialogue and consultation.

The Vice Chairman urged the four enterprises mentioned above to strictly comply with the policy and expedite relocation and site handover. The deadline set by the province is September 30. Should any enterprise deliberately delay, relevant authorities will enforce measures in accordance with regulations to ensure project progress.
“Timely relocation and site handover not only demonstrate responsibility to the province but also contribute to accelerating project implementation and creating a new look for the provincial center in the future,” Vice Chairman Ho Van Ha emphasized.
