Dong Nai starts construction on an over VND 700 billion social housing project in Phuoc Tan ward

On the morning of September 27, in Phuoc Tan ward, Dong Nai province, Him Lam Joint Stock company held a ceremony to start construction on the CHC1 and CHC2 Social Housing Project. This is one of eight projects for which Dong Nai province held groundbreaking or construction commencement ceremonies simultaneously, to celebrate the first Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, in the lead-up to the 14th National Party Congress.

The ceremony was attended by Truong Thi Huong Binh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Dong Nai Department of Finance, along with local officials.

The project, developed by Him Lam Joint Stock company, will be built on more than 1.6 hectares and will consist of two 12-story apartment complexes, with a total investment of approximately VND 722 billion. Once completed, it is expected to provide housing for over 1,900 people eligible for social housing support.

The project not only addresses residents’ housing needs but also carries profound social meaning, helping to shape a modern urban landscape and contributing to the sustainable development of Dong Nai province.
