Southeastern Region - Dong Nai Industry and Trade Exhibition Fair opens

On the evening of August 14, the Southeastern Region - Dong Nai Industry and Trade Exhibition Fair 2025 opened at the Provincial Square Park at Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, Tan Trieu Ward.

Attending the opening ceremony were Deputy Director of the Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade Le Hoang Tai; Member of Provincial Party Committee, Director of Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade Vu Ngoc Long, along with leaders of provincial departments and agencies and representatives of localities.

The fair is the first national-level trade promotion program organized after the provincial mergence in Dong Nai. The fair, directed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Provincial People's Committee, features about 280 booths, including 30 from Dong Nai province that showcase OCOP products (One Commune One Product Program), typical rural industrial products, etc., of the province. The fair takes place from August 14 to 20.

Deputy Director of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency Le Hoang Tai shared: The Southeastern Region - Dong Nai Industry and Trade Exhibition Fair 2025 is an effective bridge for the business community to access and exploit new potentials of Dong Nai province after the mergence. It is also a forum to strengthen trade cooperation, investment, and develop regional linkage chains.

In his opening speech at the ceremony of the fair, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Vu Ngoc Long emphasized: The Southeastern Region - Dong Nai Industry and Trade Exhibition Fair is one of the activities combining cultural and tourism promotion, attracting investment from provinces and cities in the region with domestic and foreign traders and tourists. This is also a place to honor individuals and collectives who have contributed much effort and intellect to the economic development of the Southeast region in general and Dong Nai province in particular in recent times.

The fair offers an opportunity for Dong Nai province to introduce to provinces and cities in the region and nationwide its potentials, strengths, and socio-economic development achievements, especially in the fields of industry and trade.
