Retail sales of goods estimated at over VND188.3 trillion

Following the provincial merger, production, business, and import-export activities in Dong Nai have remained generally stable. The local market offers a wide variety of goods, with supply meeting residents’ consumer needs. Many supermarkets and shopping centers in the province have stepped up promotional activities and programs, thereby helping stimulate local demand.

According to the Dong Nai Statistics Office, in July 2025, retail sales of goods in the province were estimated at more than VND 27.3 trillion, up about 1.9% compared to the previous month. In total, retail sales of goods reached over VND 188.3 trillion in the first seven months of 2025, up 17% from the same period last year.

Several categories recorded significant year-on-year growth, including food products; garments; household appliances, tools, and equipment; cultural and educational items; wood and construction materials; as well as various types of fuel.
