On August 28, according to the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the unit proposed that the Provincial People's Committee should consider and direct relevant functional agencies to realign the Sau stream and adjust the investment policy for phase 1 of the Provincial Road 769E construction project.

Specifically, according to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, after the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 79/QD-UBND dated January 10, 2025, on the implementation of Resolution 68/NQ-HĐND dated December 20, 2024, regarding the investment policy for the Provincial Road 769E construction project (section running from Long Thanh International Airport to Provincial Road 770B), the unit organized contractor selection and signed a contract with a survey unit to prepare the project's feasibility study report. Currently, the contractor is conducting surveys to prepare the project's feasibility study report.
However, during the survey process, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board realized that in order to ensure the feasibility and synchronization of the Provincial Road 769E Construction Project with other technical infrastructure within the project's scope and avoid waste, some contents need to be adjusted, such as: not investing in 2 bridges at the intersection with the existing Provincial Road 780; realigning the Sau stream out of the scope of Provincial Road 769E; reinforcing the stream bank from the shoulder of Provincial Road 769E down to the stream to ensure safety for the structure at the section passing through the stream bank area on the left side of the route from Km7+100 - Km7+500.
According to the approved investment policy, phase 1 of the Provincial Road 769E construction project has its starting point bordering on Long Thanh Airport and its ending point intersecting with Provincial Road 770B. The project's scale in the completed phase has a total length of 8km. The project is divided into 2 sections for investment, including: Section 1 from the Long Thanh Airport boundary to the Thu Thiem - Long Thanh railway depot with a cross-section width of 115m; Section 2 from the Thu Thiem - Long Thanh railway depot to Provincial Road 770B, with a cross-section width of 95m.
According to the investment phasing, phase 1 of the project will first witness the investment in constructing 2 parallel roads on both sides, each 15m wide. In addition, 4 reinforced concrete bridges will be built along the route, including Suoi Duc, Quan Y 1, 2, and Suoi Sau bridges. The total investment for phase 1 of the project is over 1.4 trillion VND, of which land clearance costs are nearly 600 billion VND.
The investment in Provincial Road 769E aims to gradually complete the transportation infrastructure system according to the planning in the province. It will enhance traffic connectivity between the Southern key economic region and the northern provinces, as well as the Central Highlands provinces.
Especially, along with routes T1 and T2, Provincial Road 769E will directly connect to the northern area of Long Thanh Airport, meeting traffic and transportation demands, contributing to the socio-economic development of localities along the road in particular and that of the province in general.
