Economic sectors continued to grow positively. Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vo Tan Duc noted that in the first seven months of 2025, the province’s socio-economic situation continued to show positive changes. Dong Nai has completed the site clearance for the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project and basically completed the clearance for the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway project. The province is directing contractors to accelerate construction on these projects. Dong Nai aims to achieve double-digit economic growth even though, after the provincial merger, the Government set the 2025 growth target at 8.5%.

In his concluding remarks, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc highly appreciated the achievements that Dong Nai has made recently. He also expressed his impression that each time he works in Dong Nai, he sees further progress.

Dong Nai is like a bustling construction site, where the province has completed a large volume of site clearance for the imminent projects. With a strategic location bordering Ho Chi Minh City, a system of national highways, expressways, seaports, and large industrial zones, Dong Nai has significant advantages for logistics development, investment attraction, and socio-economic breakthroughs. “I believe that Dong Nai will soon rise to rank among the leading localities nationwide in terms of economic growth,” emphasized Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc.
