Dong Nai Provincial Farmers’ Union and An Nong Group Co., Ltd. sign a cooperation agreement

On the morning of August 14, the Dong Nai Provincial Farmers' Union and An Nong Group Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to sign a cooperation agreement between the two parties.

Under the signed agreement, the Dong Nai Farmers' Union and An Nong Group Co., Ltd. will collaborate on communication initiatives to raise awareness among officials, members, and farmers about the safe and effective use of fertilizers and plant protection products for crops. The two parties will work together to organize seminars, provide guidance, and support officials, members, and farmers in using plant protection products safely, protecting the environment, and preventing harmful chemical residues, while strictly complying with preventive measures recommended by the agricultural sector. The cooperation also covers the supply of An Nong-branded fertilizers and plant protection products to members and farmers, with payment available either in a lump sum or on deferred terms, depending on actual conditions. In parallel, the two sides will coordinate in implementing social welfare programs for poor and disadvantaged farmer members in border areas.

As part of their cooperation program, in 2024, the Provincial Farmers' Union and An Nong Group Co., Ltd. organized 70 workshops with the participation of more than 5,180 farmer members. Since the beginning of 2025, the two units have jointly held 40 workshops attended by 2,800 farmer members. These events introduced many new agricultural products and shared extensive experience in crop production and livestock farming, helping farmers expand their options for suitable agricultural products. In terms of social welfare, the Provincial Farmers' Union and An Nong Group Co., Ltd. worked together to present more than 500 Tet gift packages to poor households and farmer members in difficult circumstances.
