(ĐN) – On August 1, at Binh Tan commune, Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television and the Binh Tan communal People’s Committee held a signing ceremony for a communication cooperation agreement for 2025. The event was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Nham, Provincial Party Committee member and Editor-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television; Mr. Nguyen Ba Viet, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Binh Tan Commune; and Ms. Doan Thi Mai Xuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People’s Committee of Binh Tan Commune.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Thi Minh Nham emphasized that the agreement aims to further strengthen the coordination between Binh Tan commune and Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television. At the same time, it seeks to enhance the effectiveness of communication and promote the image of the locality through the media platforms of the Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television. According to her, this cooperation will help reinforce public trust and consensus between local residents and the Party and government, contributing to the socio-economic and cultural development of Binh Tan commune in the new era.
During the signing event, both sides also exchanged ideas on communication content across various fields to ensure the highest effectiveness of information dissemination.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairwoman Doan Thi Mai Xuan of the Binh Tan commune People’s Committee stated that the commune needs a great deal of widespread communication to inform residents, businesses, and investors about key sectors. This is essential for the local government’s efforts in managing and promoting socio-economic development.

She added that this program marks a comprehensive media partnership between the two parties for this year and beyond. The commune’s leadership of specialized departments will create favorable conditions for reporters and editors to operate in the locality in the coming time.
The implementation of the communication cooperation agreement is expected to broaden public access to Party resolutions and State policies, as well as local updates on economics, culture, society, national defense, and security. Besides, it also will support public opinion orientation, information sharing, and social cohesion within the commune.

Nguyen Ba Viet, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Binh Tan commune, expressed hope that Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television with extensive experience in digital transformation, will help the commune successfully carry out its local digital transformation program at remote areas, in line with the government's people-centered service approach.

On this occasion, Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Thi Minh Nham visited and presented gifts to revolutionary veterans in Binh Tan commune. The recipients included Mr. Mai Van Dien of Hamlet 3, a Party member with 50 years of service, and Mr. Nguyen Huu Nhat, a former cadre of the former Long Hung Commune, who joined the Party in 1971.
During the visits, Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Thi Minh Nham warmly inquired about the veterans’ health and listened to their feedback regarding media content and the distribution of complimentary newspapers to long-time Party members. She also expressed deep gratitude for their contributions to the revolutionary cause and local socio-economic development movements. She extended her best wishes for good health to the revolutionary veterans and hoped they would continue to serve as role models for the younger generation.
