Compensation plan approved for 10 companies in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park

The Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center on August 11 said that, based on the center's proposal, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward has just approved the compensation and support plan upon state land acquisition to implement the Project on converting Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Service and Environmental Improvement Area (phase 1).

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward approved Plan No. 102/PA-TTPTQĐ dated July 31, 2025, of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center regarding the compensation and support plan to implement the Project on converting Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Service and Environmental Improvement Area (phase 1) for 10 enterprises, including: Bibica Factory - Bibica JSC, Bien Hoa Electronics JSC, Electrical Equipment JSC, Vinh Phu Transport Development Investment JSC, Chuong Duong JSC.

Along with these units are Bien Hoa Food Mechanical and Construction JSC, Dong Nai Traffic Works JSC, Dong Nai Brick and Tile JSC, Tan Phat II Private Enterprise, and Tan Mai Wood JSC.

The Provincial Land Fund Development Center will coordinate with the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward to disseminate and publicly post this approval decision at the ward’s People's Committee headquarters and the community gathering areas of the residential areas where the land is acquired. The approved compensation and support plan will then be sent to the land-using enterprises. After that, compensation and support will be implemented following to the approved plan.

Regarding the Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park currently under land acquisition, there are a total of 69 compensation and support plans for enterprises.
