The company is also preparing to start two more blocks by April or May 2025, adding around 800 units. This expansion aims to house people affected by land clearance for the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway and support the province’s social housing supply.
Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Province, Vo Van Phi, emphasized the project’s urgency in providing homes for displaced residents and workers. He called on all parties to focus resources on timely completion, quality assurance, and environmental compliance.
Local authorities pledged support to facilitate the project’s smooth progress, while the investor was urged to expedite phase two procedures and ensure transparent allocation of housing to rightful beneficiaries.
Spanning roughly 4 hectares, the entire project will offer more than 1,200 social housing units.
