Connecting and supplying agricultural services in Dong Nai

 Dong Nai Department of Agriculture and Rural Development held a conference to introduce and connect providers of high-tech and organic agricultural services. The event attracted many businesses, cooperatives, and producers from within and outside the province.

Currently, Dong Nai has around 2,100 agricultural supply businesses. These include 630 in seed and livestock production, nearly 1,400 in fertilizers and pesticides, and 97 in animal feed. Notably, the sector has seen significant growth compared to 2021.

Discussions at the event emphasized the need for policy support for producers of organic farming inputs and stronger promotion and market linkage. Raising awareness about clean and organic farming among both farmers and consumers was highlighted as essential to improving product competitiveness.

The conference also stressed the importance of partnerships between businesses, cooperatives, and farmers to overcome challenges and promote sustainable agriculture.
