Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. celebrates its 30th founding anniversary

(ĐN) - On June 28, Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to celebrate the company's 30th anniversary. Attending were representatives of departments, agencies in the province, leaders of Changshin Group, and company employees.

Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established in July 1995. From a company with 5,000 employees, producing nearly 10,000 pairs of shoes/day, it has now increased its workforce to nearly 40,000 people, producing and supplying more than 120,000 pairs of shoes/day to the market.

To recognize the contributions of employees, in recent times, the company's leadership has always accompanied the grassroots trade union to take care of their lives and material well-being, creating motivation for all employees to be committed, feel secure in their work, improve their skills, and enhance product quality for the sustainable development of the enterprise.

Speaking at the ceremony, Jeong Whan IL, Chairman of Changshin Group, said that in 1995, the group built a factory in Dong Nai, Vietnam. In the 30-year journey of construction and development, Changshin is not merely a shoe manufacturing company but also enhances Nike's competitiveness through continuous quality improvement and product innovation.

Besides, the company plays the role of an enterprise that develops sustainably with the local community. The company commits to continuing and promoting good cultural values to create more value for cadres, employees, workers, customers, and society as a whole in the next 30 years.
