(ĐN)- On June 18, Chairman Vo Tan Duc of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee welcomed UAE Ambassador Bader Almatrooshi during a working session focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation and exploring investment prospects. The ambassador expressed interest in learning more about Dong Nai’s investment climate to introduce opportunities to UAE businesses.

Chairman highlighted Dong Nai’s strong industrial development, strategic location, and consistent 8% annual economic growth. With 37 industrial parks and over 1,700 FDI projects worth more than USD 36 billion, the province is one of Vietnam’s top industrial hubs.

The ambassador’s visit follows the Vietnam–UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), signed in 2024, which boosted bilateral trade ties. Dong Nai authorities reaffirmed their commitment to supporting foreign investors, particularly in sectors like high-tech, energy, smart cities, logistics, finance, and education.
