TTC Land launches 48 ha real estate project in Bien Hoa city

(ĐN)- On May 31, TTC Land, a member of TTC Group, officially launched the 48 ha real estate project name Dao Kim Quy (Golden Turtle Island)  at Tan Van Islet in Bien Hoa city.

The project includes 571 units comprising townhouses, detached and semi-detached villas. It features a full range of amenities such as an international school, a shopping center, a sports and entertainment complex, and riverside parks. Strategically located with all four sides bordered by the Dong Nai River, the project enjoys proximity to major transport routes including the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, National Highway 1K, and Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien).

According to the developer, Dao Kim Quy is positioned as a flagship eco-urban development in southern Vietnam. During the event, TTC Land and TTC Education also signed an MoU to establish Yersin Primary School within the project site.
