(ĐN)- Dong Nai-based private enterprises exported nearly US$2.6 billion worth of goods in the first 5 months of 2025, up over 15% year-on-year, according to the provincial Statistics Office. Key export items include coffee, cashew nuts, textiles, wood products, and pepper.
The figure accounts for some 24% of the province’s total export value, while FDI firms dominate the remainder. State-owned enterprises make up just about 2%.
Many local exporters are accelerating shipments to the U.S. ahead of tax policy changes and are preparing strategies to mitigate risks amid ongoing trade tensions. Several firms are also actively exploring new markets to maintain production and export momentum.
