Dong Nai’s IPs have 960 ha of land available

(ĐN)- According to the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority, the province currently has 37 established industrial zones (IZs), with 31 in operation, one under infrastructure development, and five new zones preparing for construction.

Out of over 7,000 hectares of leasable industrial land, nearly 6,100 hectares have already been rented. About 960 hectares remain available but are mostly tied up due to pending site clearance and compensation, delaying infrastructure completion and lease agreements.

Local authorities and IZ developers are accelerating land clearance to meet rising demand from domestic and foreign investors seeking space for manufacturing facilities.
