Cam My promotes industrial-scale livestock farming

(ĐN)- Cam My district currently has 191,500 livestock and over 489,300 poultry, with pigs and chickens remaining the main focus.

Livestock farming contributes over 58.4% of the district’s total agricultural output and is shifting toward large-scale, industrial models. The district has over 3,000 livestock facilities, including 101 farms.

Of these, 95 farms meet location and environmental standards, with proper housing and equipment. All household farms have separate livestock areas, regularly disinfect facilities, and follow strict hygiene, waste, and wastewater management practices.
