Additional VND3.7 tril for Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway project

(ĐN)- Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway project’s total investment is now over VND 21.5 trillion, an increase of VND 3.7 trillion from the original plan. The figure includes more than VND12 trillion from the central budget, nearly VND5 trillion from local budgets, and VND4.4 trillion from the 2026–2030 central budget.

The 54km expressway starts from the Bien Hoa bypass and ends at National Highway 56 (Ba Ria). The project, divided into three components, is set for basic completion in 2025 and full operation in 2026.
