(ĐN)- Trang Bom district was allocated over VND 100 billion in public investment capital from the provincial budget to fund 16 ongoing projects and 3 new ones. As of April 24, the district had disbursed nearly 7% of the planned amount.
From the district’s own budget, more than VND 392 billion was earmarked for 32 ongoing projects and 14 new ones, with nearly 12% of the total capital disbursed to date.
According to local authorities, the disbursement rate remains low in the early months of the year due to delays by some units in completing the necessary procedures for detailed capital allocation. This has hindered project implementation and disbursement. New projects require time-consuming paperwork and approvals before construction can begin. Meanwhile, site clearance remains a key bottleneck affecting construction progress.
