(ĐN)- On May 12, Dong Nai’s delegaion led by Permanent Deputy Secretary Ho Thanh Son of the provincial Party Committee paid an official visit to Vila Nova de Gaia city of Portugal.
Dr. Eduardo Vítor Rodrigues, Mayor of Vila Nova de Gaia, received and worked with the delegation.

As part of the visit, Dong Nai signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Vila Nova de Gaia to enhance cooperation in key areas including culture, tourism promotion, economic and trade exchange, urban refurbishment, and heritage preservation.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai People’s Committee Nguyen Son Hung emphasised the significance of the agreement, calling it a promising start for a cooperative relationship between the two localities.
Following the signing ceremony, agencies, businesses, and residents of both localities will work together to implement specific cooperation programs and projects that contribute to sustainable development and deliver practical benefits. Dong Nai has committed to providing the most favorable conditions to enhance the effectiveness and substance of the bilateral partnership.
On this occasion, the Dong Nai delegation visited the City Hall of Vila Nova de Gaia.
