(ĐN)- The year 2025 marks the 30th anniversary of the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA), the key agency responsible for managing, planning, and developing industrial parks (IPs) across the province. With 37 IPs covering over 10,000 hectares, Dong Nai has attracted over 2,100 projects from 45 countries and territories and created jobs for more than 592,000 workers.

Over the past three decades, DIZA has played a vital role in supporting infrastructure investors and secondary enterprises by addressing regulatory challenges, streamlining administrative procedures, and promoting regular government–business dialogues.
While Dong Nai is currently facing a shortage of industrial land, the situation is expected to improve by late 2025 as infrastructure is completed at the Long Thanh hi-tech IP. Additionally, Long Duc 3, Xuan Que – Song Nhan and Bau Can – Tan Hiep industrial parks are set to begin infrastructure development.
The province has adopted a selective investment approach, focusing on high-tech, environmentally friendly projects with high added value. Amata IP has been chosen to pilot the transition into an eco-industrial zone under a global initiative promoting the circular economy, which DIZA joined in 2021.
According to provincial leaders, industrial zones will continue to play a central role in driving economic growth and attracting foreign direct investment. Key tasks moving forward include expanding land availability, upgrading infrastructure, and improving the business environment to ensure long-term sustainable development in Dong Nai.
