(ĐN)- After a prolonged period of stagnation, Bien Hoa city’s real estate market including commercial housing, land plots, and social housing are actively promoted to attract buyers.

Among them, Eco Residence is the province's first low-income housing project built according to the international green standard EDGE. It is set to start receiving applications in May, targeting middle- to low-income earners such as workers, teachers, and civil servants.

Fresia Riverside in Tan Van ward is Bien Hoa’s largest high-rise apartment, with 30 floors and nearly 1,200 units ranging from 30–116 m². The building density is only 32%, with the remaining space allocated for greenery and infrastructure. The investor has committed to completing the project on schedule and ensuring quality.

The market has been warming up recently due to several positive factors of strong macroeconomic growth, accelerated progress on key infrastructure projects such as Long Thanh airport, Bien Hoa–Vung Tau expressway.

Market interest and transaction volume have notably increased, especially for apartments with clear legal status and prime location, as well as land lots priced between VND 1.6–3 billion. Prices in these segments have risen by around 10%.

Vice Chairman Ho Van Ha of the provincial People’s Committee have urged developers to speed up construction on launched projects and begin work on approved ones. Bien Hoa is also expected to review and allocate land for social housing, resettlement areas, and apartment buildings to meet rising residential demand, especially as it is set to become the administrative–political hub after a provincial merger.
