In Q1-2025, Dong Nai’s total retail sales and consumer service revenue reached over VND 86.1 trillion, up nearly 15.3% year-on-year. E-commerce has also seen strong progress, with Dong Nai ranking 6th nationwide in the 2024 Vietnam E-Business Index (EBI), maintaining its position in the top 10 for the eighth consecutive year.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, the trade and service sectors have shown robust recovery. In 2024, total retail and service revenue grew by 13%—the third consecutive year of double-digit growth. The province is now focusing on enhancing infrastructure for trade and services, logistics, e-commerce, local supply chains, and digital transformation, aiming for sustainable, green, and inclusive development.
