Businesses report bonuses for workers

(ĐN)-  Nearly 1,400 businesses in Dong Nai have submitted reports on their year-end and Lunar New Year bonus plans for employees, according to the Provincial Labor Federation. Workers who have been employed for at least 12 months are set to receive an average bonus of nearly 11 million VND per person, equivalent to one month's salary. Those with less than 12 months of service will receive prorated bonuses, with the minimum set at over 6 million VND per person. Meanwhile, company unions continue negotiations with employers to ensure all workers receive Tet bonuses.

In support of workers, local labor unions and businesses have organized various year-end activities to provide assistance. The Provincial Labor Federation aims to ensure that all union members and employees enjoy a warm, joyful, and meaningful Lunar New Year celebration.
