Two more enterprises register to develop social housing

(ĐN)- According to the Department of Construction, in addition to the ongoing and planned social housing projects set to commence or continue in 2025, two more enterprises have registered to participate in development.

De Tam J.S Co. has registered to break ground on 2 to 4 blocks, equivalent to approximately 280 to 560 apartment units, as part of a project in Nhon Trach District. Meanwhile, IDICO-URBIZ Company has registered to commence construction on around 5,000 housing units within a social housing project, also in Nhon Trach District. These projects have been under development for years, with hundreds to thousands of completed apartments already inhabited. The investors are now proceeding with the construction of new blocks.

The continued expansion of these housing projects not only contributes to increasing the province’s housing supply—meeting the demands of workers and local residents—but also accelerates project completion.
