(DN)- According to the Dong Nai Statistics Office, the province’s postal and delivery services generated over VND 9.4 trillion in revenue in 2024, marking a 7% increase compared to 2023.
The growth was primarily driven by the rising demand for online shopping. Consumers increasingly prefer e-commerce due to its convenience, price comparison options, and attractive promotional offers.
During the recent Lunar New Year season, postal and logistics services experienced a surge in activity, reflecting the growing trend of online purchases. Nguyen Nhu Thuan, Director of Dong Nai Post, noted that in the peak period leading up to Tet At Ty 2025, mail and parcel deliveries increased by 35% compared to normal levels, with e-commerce orders alone rising by 50%.
