Kim Oanh Group proposes 3 social housing projects in Dong Nai

(ĐN)- According to the Department of Construction, Kim Oanh Real Estate Group has proposed investing in three social housing projects in Dong Nai Province. The proposed projects include: a 15-story, 455-apartment social housing development at Trang Bom Residential and Supermarket Project in Trang Bom District; a 9-story, 358-apartment social housing project at Bau Xeo Residential Project in Trang Bom Town, Trang Bom District; and a 12-story, over 4,200-apartment social housing development at Long Tan & Phu Hoi Residential Project in Nhon Trach District. Currently, the Department of Finance is reviewing these projects for investment policy adjustments.

In addition, Kim Oanh Group is exploring more social housing projects that are set for investor bidding in Bien Hoa City and Trang Bom District. On March 6, Chairwoman Dang Thi Kim Oanh announced that the company aims to develop 40,000 social housing units by 2028 in Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Ho Chi Minh City. The company has also proposed expanding apartment size regulations, allowing pre-sale registrations before construction, and fixing mortgage interest rates for at least 10 years.
