Environmental permit issued for villa project

(DN) - Dong Nai provincial People's Committee has granted an environmental permit for the Dai Phuoc Paragon Villa Investment Project developed by Paragon Dai Phuoc Co. in Dai Phuoc commune, Nhon Trach district.

The project covers nearly 455,000 square meters, featuring 206 luxury villas and 381 semi-detached villas. It is classified as a Group A project under public investment regulations and falls under Group II based on environmental protection laws.

The permit sets strict requirements for wastewater and air emissions management, noise and vibration control, and waste disposal. The company is allowed to proceed with licensed activities only after completing all required environmental protection measures. Waste treatment systems must operate efficiently to meet environmental standards, while measures must be taken to minimize noise and vibration impacts.

The company is responsible for ensuring compliance with pollution, noise, and vibration limits. Any violations require immediate corrective actions, including halting discharges until issues are resolved.

The permit is valid for 10 years from March 21, 2025.
