The province is selectively attracting investment into high-tech zones, innovation hubs, and industrial parks. Additionally, the Department of Science and Technology is actively engaging in networking programs and conferences to explore technologies and seek potential partners, following Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution 03/NQ-CP of the Government.
