(ĐN)- In 2025, Dong Nai aims to complete its plan to develop OCOP products linked to key agricultural raw material regions. Localities are focusing on establishing standardized farming areas, promoting deep processing, and improving product quality according to VietGAP, GlobalGAP, and organic standards, targeting export markets.

Currently, the province has 282 OCOP products from 165 entities, including 54 products rated 4 stars. In 2024, Đồng Nai led Southeast Vietnam in the number of OCOP products, surpassing its initial targets. With nearly 95,700 hectares of concentrated production areas, the province has planned 10 high-tech agricultural zones and eight organic farming zones, providing a solid foundation for sustainable development.
Many OCOP products have established a strong international presence. Thanh Bình Cooperative (Trảng Bom) exports bananas to China and South Korea while also processing agricultural by-products into eco-friendly products. Other key products such as durian, cocoa, and pepper are receiving significant investments, gradually integrating into global supply chains.
The OCOP program not only drives high-tech agriculture but also helps local agricultural products secure a firm position in both domestic and international markets.
