(DN)- At the start of 2025, enterprises are resuming operations with hopes of global economic recovery, paving the way for stable growth and successful business plans. While companies focus on retaining talent, improving technology, and reducing production costs, they also seek further government support to expand their markets.
Seeking growth opportunities
Despite economic challenges in 2024, Toàn Cầu Packaging Investment & Production Co., Ltd. (Biên Hòa) achieved an impressive 200% growth by targeting packaging for Vietnam’s major rice exporters. General Director Phạm Văn Chính emphasized the need for macroeconomic stability, inflation control, and infrastructure upgrades to support business expansion.
Meanwhile, Tương Lai Co., Ltd. (Long Thành) maintained steady production last year. The company operates three shifts for rubber product manufacturing and one shift for plastic goods. Factory Director Lê Đăng Quốc said the company is actively seeking additional domestic and international orders to boost revenue in 2025.
Expanding beyond Đồng Nai, Trường Giang Phát Co., Ltd. has established retail networks in Bình Dương, Bình Phước, and Ho Chi Minh City. Originally catering to small traders, the company now supplies schools, supermarkets, and industrial enterprises. Director Vũ Văn Tư stated that in 2025, the company plans to introduce new processed meat products such as sausages and Vietnamese ham (giò, chả) to meet market demand.
Enhancing product quality standards
Employing 4,000 workers, Đồng Nai Rubber Corporation supplies both domestic and international markets. The company has implemented automation and was the first in Vietnam’s rubber industry to develop a traceability system meeting EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) standards. This enabled the recent export of 1,600 tons of rubber to Europe. CEO Đỗ Minh Tuấn emphasized the company’s commitment to sustainability, digital transformation, and developing high-value-added products.
Similarly, Nhật Nam Mechanical Co., Ltd. (Biên Hòa) has upgraded its production capacity despite challenges in the engineering sector. Director Trần Quý highlighted efforts to train skilled workers and secure new domestic and international contracts, particularly from Japan.
In construction, Chính Nam Construction & Design JSC aims to become a leading general contractor for large-scale projects in Đồng Nai. Having grown steadily for two decades, the company is now setting its sights on executing major residential, industrial, and infrastructure developments, according to CEO Trần Quang Huấn.
With ongoing improvements in technology, workforce development, and market expansion, businesses in Đồng Nai are positioning themselves for a strong 2025.
