As the beginning of this year, businesses in Long Khanh city are ramping up production and operations for 2025. Alongside the local government’s broader economic goals, many companies are showing strong growth potential by expanding their workforce to meet increasing production demands.

CiBao Co., Ltd. in Suoi Tre Industrial Park has secured a stable flow of orders. To fulfill its commitments, the company began recruiting workers in late 2024, and demand for labor has surged even further following the Lunar New Year holiday.

According to Nguyen Tan Hung, Chairman of the company’s labor union, CiBao is looking to hire around 1,000 garment workers and dozens of other employees to support production. While some recruits will replace outgoing workers, others will be assigned to new production lines. To attract and retain workers, the company offers various benefits, including seniority bonuses for employees with five and ten years of service, monthly performance incentives, year-end bonuses, childcare allowances, meal subsidies, and free vocational training.

Cocomo Global Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of backpacks and handbags in Long Khanh city, also plans to expand its workforce by hiring 30 additional workers to meet the demands of newly signed contracts. Recently, the company received support from the Long Khanh city Labor Federation to establish its labor union, boosting morale among both workers and management. The move is expected to enhance productivity and efficiency, contribute to stable employment and higher incomes, and further the company’s growth.

Meanwhile, Dong Nai Rubber Corporation recently held its annual business strategy meeting for 2025. Last year, the company saw a 26% revenue increase beyond projections, leading to improved wages and living conditions for its workforce. In 2025, it aims for nearly VNĐ 2.3 trillion in revenue and a 5% salary increase for employees.

To achieve these ambitious goals, Dong Nai Rubber Corporation has focused on integrating automation and smart monitoring systems into its processing plants. The company has developed DNRC-Traceability, Vietnam’s first rubber traceability system, ensuring transparency from raw material sourcing to export. This system meets stringent EUDR (European Union Deforestation Regulation) standards, boosting the credibility and competitiveness of DONARUCO-branded products in international markets.

For small and medium-sized enterprises, technology investments are also crucial. Hung Phat Dried Jackfruit Trading and Manufacturing Co., Ltd., based in Binh Loc commune, is leveraging local agricultural advantages to build its brand and diversify its fruit and vegetable processing capabilities.

According to Nguyen The Hung, the company’s director, new machinery is being introduced to expand beyond dried jackfruit, the company’s main product. Hưng Phát’s products are sold domestically and exported to China, with ongoing discussions to enter European and Middle Eastern markets.

Similarly, Viet Hoa Sen Soy Sauce, a brand specializing in traditional Vietnamese condiments, sees market expansion as a priority. Recognizing digital transformation as a vital trend, the company has embraced e-commerce and technology to shorten the gap between producers and consumers while reinforcing the quality of its soy sauce products.

As businesses in Long Khanh city gear up for the year ahead, their strategic investments in workforce expansion and technology-driven innovation position them for sustainable growth in 2025 and beyond.
