Aqua City to hand over some 1,500 houses in 2025

(DN)- According to Novaland Group, the developer of the Aqua City project in Long Hưng Commune, Biên Hòa City, as of January 2025, nearly 1,300 townhouses, villas, and shophouses have been officially approved for sale. Among them, over 750 units have already been handed over to customers. In 2025, the developer plans to deliver approximately 1,500 more units.

This progress reflects the positive outcomes of extensive legal resolution efforts by the National Assembly, the Government, the Prime Minister’s Task Force, Đồng Nai Province, investors, and financial institutions both domestically and internationally.

Covering an area of 1,000 hectares, Aqua City is the largest real estate development in the province and a key project for Novaland. According to the approved master plan, over 70% of the project’s area is dedicated to green spaces, transportation infrastructure, and a comprehensive range of amenities.
